The payment plan is simple as well as buyer-friendly. Twenty percent of the amount is payable 90 days after booking, another 20 percent is due on completion of amenities, and the remaining 60 percent is to be paid at the time of possession.

13. Are there any extra charges?

Buyers may also need to pay registration charges, maintenance deposits, utility connection fees, and GST as applicable.

14. What is the current construction status of Prestige Marigold Phase 2?

Currently, the project is in the early development stage. Basic works such as internal road layout, boundary fencing, as well as entry and exit gate preparation are underway. Full-scale infrastructure development will begin after the official launch in February 2026.
